Dear Students,

We are pleased to announce the beginning of our December 2010 exams intake. The InterActive team would like to thank all of our June 2010 intake students for taking part in our online education programme.

The InterActive team would like to thank you for using our online platform. As we are providing a customer service through our product we are always looking to improve ourselves to offer the best possible service to all our customers.

We would like to request that you please take a moment to complete the June 2010 Student Survey. This is an opportunity for you to voice your thoughts and opinions in regard to the programme which would greatly help us in improving our quality of service for you, the student.

Dear Students and Stakeholders,

Moodle is currently undergoing planned maintenance to make the platform more robust and responsive. In the meantime you may experience intermittent periods of instability while the work is completed.

We understand that this may affect your experience of Moodle and we apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. However, the work will be completed as soon as possible and will further enhance your InterActive experience.

This message will be updated on a regular basis to keep you informed of how the maintenance is progressing.

Dear Students and Managers,

Please note that scheduled system maintenance undertaken last night in order to improve the speed, reliability and capacity of our servers has been completed successfully.

However, we have had a limited number of reports of users experiencing issues with their login experience. We are currently investigating such occurrences, with the view of ensuring 100% uptime service for all our users in the next few hours.

The vast majority of users should not be affected, however, we do apologise in case you have experienced any problems.

In case you experience problems with login, please try again after a few minutes. This should resolve the issue for the vast majority of users.
